By doing this project we hope to address the problems that women face in Ireland today. For example we want address problems such as girls in sport, pay gap, stereotypes, laws and maternity leave. We feel that this is important because it is a reivant topic in todays world. As young girls involved in sport we feel this topic is very important to us. We feel this topic has a massive impact on young girls in Ireland. We feel this is definitely a topic worth solving as sport is a great way for young girls and women to make friends and have something they can enjoy. By solving the problem we hope for more young girls to stay in sport and more women being able to choose it as a full time career
