The problem, us as a team are trying trying to address is persistant inequality that affects the people based on their race, gender, socio economic background, disability and other identities. This matters because inequality doesn't just impact individuals it effects entire communities and society as a whole. achieving equality is important because it ensures that everyone has a fair chance to succeed, contribute and live with dignity regardless of who they are.
