The problem that we’re trying to solve is inequality within the housing sector, not everyone has equal access to safe and affordable housing. This matters because low income families and marginalised often face higher risks of eviction which puts them at risk of losing their jobs for example and this would affect other aspects of life.
Addressing this issue will help create a fairer society.
