The Bois

The Bois have developed a mental health journal called ‘Mind Bloggling’ which supports the emotional wellbeing of young people who suffer from the impacts of childhood trauma. The journal is aimed at the symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder and guides users to track their thoughts and feelings through activities such as habit tracking, goal-setting, and empathy mapping so they can “embrace their emotions in a healthy and safe manner.”
