Persona Profile

We believe that social media is affecting teenagers because of addicting fake content. This happens at home, while they doom scroll.
Fear of societal standards and cyber bullying affect teenagers on the daily. They have pressure of looking like they have a perfect life, comparing their bodies, life or success.
In Ireland, around 28% of young people say social media pressure makes life more difficult due to unrealistic beauty standards and constant peer scrutiny, while 44% of young adults feel pressure to post content that makes them look good.
